1. Serviceable Locations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • We currently ship across India<\/strong> through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified if delivery to their pin code is unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Order Processing Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Orders are usually processed within 1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In case of stock issues or delays, customers will be notified via email\/phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Delivery Timelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Standard delivery time: 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, depending on location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3\u20135 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 6\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Shipping Charges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • COD orders may include an additional handling fee (\u20b930\u2013\u20b950 per order)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will usually retry up to 3 times<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Customers must ensure correct address and phone number while placing the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete\/incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  • If a prepaid order is undeliverable and returned, the refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping & return charges<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
