Shipping Policy

At CasaAura, we aim to deliver your favorite home décor products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified if delivery to their pin code is unavailable.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • In case of stock issues or delays, customers will be notified via email/phone.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 6–10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value.
  • COD orders may include an additional handling fee (₹30–₹50 per order).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for selected pin codes.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details for delivery confirmation.
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to blocking COD option for future purchases.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track orders directly through the courier’s website.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will usually retry up to 3 times.
  • Customers must ensure correct address and phone number while placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Expansion to international markets may be added in the future.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a prepaid order is undeliverable and returned, the refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping & return charges.
  • For COD orders, failed delivery will not incur charges but may limit COD availability for future orders.
