2. Products & Availability
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
- Product availability depends on our suppliers. Orders may be cancelled if stock is unavailable (you will be notified and refunded if prepaid).
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).
- We accept multiple payment modes: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD orders may incur an additional handling fee.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India through trusted logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart).
- Delivery timelines are usually 5–10 business days, depending on location and product availability.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, courier delays) are beyond our control.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with unboxing proof (photo/video).
- Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved. COD refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or natural wear & tear will not be eligible for return/refund.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available for select pin codes.
- The courier will only hand over the package once the payment is made.
- Repeated COD order cancellations by a customer may result in blocking COD option for future purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
